Which SolarEdge Inverters qualify for the program?

All SolarEdge Home Wave / HD Wave, StorEdge, or non-Home Hub inverters installed before June
30th, 2022 qualify for the program.

How do I order Re-Energize Home Hub Inverters?

Order from your distributor using the Re-Energize Home Hub Inverter part numbers. To get a list of
these numbers, please contact your distributor or a SolarEdge representative.

I am a homeowner – how do I upgrade my inverter?

Please contact your installer to see if your system qualifies to be upgrade. If you do not have an
installer, find a qualified SolarEdge installer at this link.

How do I send back the old Inverter?

Complete the form at this link and SolarEdge will send you a shipping label

Can I use Re-Energize Home Hub Inverters on new, non-upgrade sites?

No. All Re-Energize Inverters must be installed in place of a qualifying non-Home Hub inverter.

Do the new inverters come with a new warranty?

Yes, each inverter comes with a new, 12-year warranty

Do the new inverters come with a new cell card?

Yes, each inverter comes with a new, 5-year cell card.

What if the existing system has an extended warranty associated with it?

All upgraded inverters will come with a standard 12-year warranty, regardless of the previous inverter’s warranty status. If extended warranty is desired on the new inverter, please follow the steps at this link to purchase a new, extended warranty.

If the inverter was originally installed before June 30th, 2022, but replaced through an RMA after that date, does the system qualify?

Yes. If the system was originally installed before June 30th, 2022, it qualifies.

Can I use Re-Energize Inverters on an RMA?

Yes, you may choose to sell a Re-Energize Inverter at the time of RMA instead of receiving a replacement inverter from SolarEdge. Please use this form to advise SolarEdge if you opt to use this program for RMA Replacement.
